Streamline Security is a Security Associates International authorized dealer in Connecticut. Security Associates, established in 1986, is one of the largest UL listed and IQ certified alarm monitoring central stations in the United States today. Security Associates International operates two strategically located monitoring centers. These facilities are fully staffed with over 200 employees at any given time and run side by side 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for complete security and full redundancy.

Why SAI?
Speed: Rather than having a main central station with a back-up central station, SAI operates both monitoring facilities in sync with each other at all times 24/7. When your alarm sends a signal, it goes to both facilities simultaneously. Because SAI is the only company currently using this technology, we have the fastest dispatch time among all of our competitors with an average response time of seven seconds.

Reliability: Because SAI utilizes a fully redundant system, you will always have reliable service. Most alarm monitoring companies have a main central station with rollover phone lines to a back-up central station. The problem with this is, if the main central station is inoperable or there is a major catastrophe, you will not have service because the rollover lines are located in the main facility. This means you will go without monitoring service until the lines have completely been switched over to the back-up central station. This process can take anywhere from a day up to a month.

SAI has designed their monitoring facilities to be virtually immune to a major catastrophe, and they are the only monitoring company in the world currently using this technology. No other alarm monitoring company can offer this type of protection.
